Xmen was always one of my favourite comics growing up…
I know someone will probably point out that one of those characters was never actually apart of the Uncanny xmen series. I just wanted to draw my favourite xmans.
Ah, indeed. Quite the riveting good time there, chap!
Also loved seeing the X-men all ARG-ed ( new verb: to ARG). Be it comics, movies, or one of the multiple animated series that has graced the last few decades, everyone knows the X-men. So who’s everyone’s favorite?
P.S. Mine’s probably Cable or (points for obscurity) Cypher of the New Mutants
I think the Canny Psylocke (that is Psylocke right?) is my favorite there.
Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but as far as one of these characters not being in the Uncanny series, I’m pretty sure they all were at least at some point in time.
Favorite character from Uncanny X-Men is Donald Pierce, partially because it’s Donald Sutherland + Hawkeye Pierce for his name and appearance (and MASH is awesome), and partially because he’s a cyborg, and I’m a cyborg, and…
Well, he’s not really interesting, sadly, mostly because he’s just kinda revenge incarnate, but I love his character design, and the fact that in a war of two sides (Mutants and Humans), he’s an option 3. I feel he could’ve been tons more interesting because they have an awesome base to start from.
Also, I totally think canny wolverine should have “arms” akin to the old manual “turnkey” can-openers… it’d be awesome?
I’m rambling… I just got up, sorry, kinda just dumping my brain in here… dictation software is addictive.
In Marvel’s new Age of Apocalypse ongoing series there is a cool alternate version of Pierce, who aids the last remaining humans and goes by the code-name of Goodnight
I think your version of Psylocke is my favorite depiction of the character I’ve ever seen. A little bit more realistically proportioned and much less unnecessarily gratuitous.
There is an uncanny valley joke in there somewhere…
I’m not cer-tin where it is hiding
I’d make an Uncany valley joke But Robert Zemeckis already made all of them…
I see what you did there.
wha? me? no….
But… If they’re cylindrical… They don’t have any naughty bits to show off with their tight and revealing outfits…
*Sad Face*
Are you sure? They could be flashing their bottoms at you right now.
You never know with those cans.
I know I can see some big cans there:)
they do hold a lot.
I’d still tap Rogue’s lid…
you can’t touch her tin or she’ll kill you.

I’d have to say that my favorite X-man is either Nightcrawler or Gambit.
Mine was always Gambit and Psylocke. I always played them in MvC
i prefer deadpool. so much win. granted he wasnt a permanent member he was chillin with them for a while there.
Deadpool is definitely awesome, but I don’t asociate him with the X-men. I see him as part of the greater marvel universe.

I’m fairly certain too. I was just covering my bases…

No worries. actually hadn’t heard of Donald Pierce. I’ll have to look him up.

I found a hair in my Wolverine soda. I’m suing for everything you got.
Here’s 2 cents.
aye they’re canny like
indeed!

Just wait till starts bending completely out of proportion.
Still just a Deadpool fan over here. Not an X-man, but a humorous mutant never-the-less.
cheers good sir. posted somethind about deadpool up there somewhere while scrollin and am so glad to see im not the first
would gambit be able to charge himself or just organic matter?
Just look at those cans!
I like your artwork better than the original to be completely honest. Good parody.
you’re missing the boobs and butt pose, though you’ve got the lack of internal organs down pat!
I don’t get it.
I figured Wolverine would be a can of Dinty Moore beef stew…
