So I’ve made a real resolution this year of losing some weight. So far the food is winning…
The new job is going pretty good. I’m right back in the thick of it again. It’s really nice to be animating again. This show I’m working on has a real snappy feel reminiscent of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. I’m still getting used to the commute as it’s about hour and a half each way. Not terrible but not great either. So bare with me if I take a while to get back to you.

But the more you eat the more Hungy you gonna get! At least thats what happens to me..
That’s why you till your not hungry and then you won’t have to eat!

I have this terrible problem where I both enjoy cooking and am quite skilled at it (huzzah for extensive chemistry training actually being useful?).
The only way I’m going to wind up dieting in any decent capacity is if they actually get some headway on the liquid VR/synth atomization… all the taste, none of the calories (on an entirely different level than diet food…). It’d also be cheaper, which is an interesting side-effect…
Actually, being good at cooking should help you out. You can find your way to make a low-calories menu taste good (it IS possible).
Of course, a high-calories menu will always taste better, but you know, life is a bitch.
I’m using this theory next time someone comments on how much I’m eating.
It will be a lot more fun than just giving them the finger. 😉
