I always feel terrible whenever an alarm goes off when walking out of a store and worse when it goes off when I’m walking into a store. I always feel that Everybody in the store thinks I’m a criminal. My dad has a great way of handling this but I’ll leave that for a comic all it’s own.
I tried a different inking brush in Autodesk with this comic, I used it in the Bonus comic on saturday and it works there but seems too strong on this comic so I’ve switched back to the pencil tool. I also switched to a different font for lettering and I think this font looks better. I’m glad this comic seems to be evolving whether for better or worse.

see ya!
That alarm device’s only purpose is to make people paranoid as bloody hell…
it works.
If you say so =T
tee hee… yeah, irony is funny
love the way you draw, also your web layout. doing a facelift to my site. HUGE headache but I think comicpress is the way to go. is that what you are using?
Yeah I use wordpress with the comic press theme on top of it. not to hard to create. I’d thank you for the compliment on the site design but honestly I’m using the stock comicpress theme. It’s just so happens to go with my comic nicely.
Haha, nice, I read through some of the strips and I really like this 🙂
thanks dude, I quite enjoy your strips!
I super enjoy both of your guy’s comics. Neft this is where I found Arg’s link. 🙂 Thank you both for the enjoyment!
Ello Scoutticus, Thanks for recommending this comic, its hilarious XD
P.S. I love your work, especially Nerf This 😀
This happens too often. When I buy some oil colors (in Latvia (Like a half made European Canada)) and afterwards go in other stores and this happens.
Ahem… This strip is great.
The only time I’ve ever seen anyone give a damn about those alarms is when someone sighed and offered to deactivate whatever I was carrying that set it off.
I remember walking out of the university library once, and having the alarm go off.
I had 6 books I’d bought from a store in my bag.
The thing was, no combination of up to 5 of them would set off the alarm, it had to be all 6 together. Man that took some figuring out.
TRUE STORY!
A store’s alarm going off when someone walks INTO a store?
Honestly, i have never heard of such a thing (here in Brazil) at least.
Doesn’t the cashier deactivate them while registering the
shop list or some such? Weird that.
