See, I’m on swim team. Which means I’m not afraid of the water. It also means for the past 10 years give or take, I’ve had to waste my Saturdays getting up at five in the morning or earlier to go to swim meets and race other teams. Whoopidy flipping doo.
I grew up in California. Swimming was sorta what you did all summer. That said, i went back to visit the ocean last year and _fuck that noise _. I’ll keep to my nice not-dragging-you-under-to-die swimming pools 🙂
My daughter is just learning to swim, and she’s loving it! She used to be super scared of water in her face after an accident when she was younger.
It’s never to late to learn to love water.
She’s 5 years old, btw 😉
I too am a terrible swimmer. Unless you count floating on my back like a sea otter, but it makes me look too adorable.
You can try shouting at the water until it releases you.
I am a decent swimmer, but unfortunately I don’t rub my ears when I do the front stroke so I keep failing the damn class!
I hate deep water too!!
Whenever I’m in the water I just stand in the shallows and try to look cool! It never works!
I learned to swim when I was four and my uncle threw me into a lake.

And since Im cartoon character it worked!
Lynn will protect you from the evil that is water…..while you play on the beach making sand sculptures shaped like different things….
which you then cry over when the water destroys them(then u can make a comic where you put water in its place)
Duh, just wait until winter and you climb out…
Surely the “HAT” will save you Arg, with it’s AWESOME array of FLOATIES!!!!!!
