So yeah I was running for that elevator and made clear eye contact. We had a moment. we connected. and she just hit that close button… So i did the same.
So I recieved my first peiece of fanart yesterday, you may have caught it if you follow me on twitter. If not here it is. I Think when I get back I’m going to rearrange some things on the front page, spruce it up a bit. I’ll be adding some new pages at the top for people to check out.
This is for you RSS readers, Is the comic large enough to read in the feed? I’m not an RSS guy but I get it’s importance and ease for some people. Leave me a comment with an answer.
anyways you can always check out my twitter or my deviantart.
Rumour has it the close button is just about as useful as the ‘push to cross’ buttons at downtown intersections– pure placebo. Some sort of safety hazard..
I can assure you that this elevator’s close button does work. It’s an older elevator and when you press the button it closes the door immediately.
Those really do NEED to work though. That is a situation where you may NEED to close the door for your safety. I just picture some poor person running to the elevator and frantically pushing the button to try and escape someone only to end up trapped in the elevator because the person made it before the doors automatically closed, trapping the victim in a small room with no exit and the sad ability to be trapped there by pressing the elevator stop button.
As to the RSS thing: It’s a little to small for me to read on Google Reader, but I don’t know if it’s because it’s actually too small or I just can’t see.
HAHA! How’s that big bowl of instant Karma taste? >:]
I’ve always wanted to push every single button at once, just to see what happens
Heh. I think that it might explode. Or just give you an angry glare.
As for hitting the close button, it works. It just depends on the elevator. And there is nothing like getting revenge on someone who slams an elevator door shut in your face, however petty said revenge is.
I also have the comic imported to google reader, but have to come here to be able te read the dialogue. If you’re looking for measurements, the webcomics at http://www.leasticoulddo.com and http://www.reallifecomics.com are very easy to read on the feed.
Great comic btw, really enjoy it =)
Arg, Our buttons work, but the lift’s always full of students!
Hey the Rss is way to small on Outlook. So I usually have to pop by here, I do anyway to make comments, but I’m not sure if work like me doing that on their time. Rss solves that. Cheers.
I think its too small to view in Google Reader. I usually just click on it to go to the main page. It would be perfect if it was the same size as the regular comic.
if someone pulls that off you get the rope (convieniently hidden in your pocket) run towards the floor sayd person is traveling, place the rope and a cake (wich you misteriously have) on just the right location.
and watch said person fall flat on the face while you eat some cake 😀
I just wait until I’m getting off the elevator as they are getting on and drop a huge fart inside. Hehehe….. Ive run up the stairs to the next floor to watch people get out and gag!
As far as the RSS feed, no, it isn’t quite big enough with the very small lettering you use. I use Google Reader, and prefer it to coming to the site, mainly just to manage my folder of 60+ webcomics in a timely manner. A 10-20% larger setting would be helpful…
Why so many middle finger shots?
Because…he…can.
VENGEANCE!
These situations often happen to me, especially with bitchy women. But I find I do the complete opposite, I hold the door open. And then its this awkward little elevator ride. Not so awkward for me, I can never feel too SMUG!
Sometimes those small victories are priceless!
