If you’re like me at all you’ve got a shit ton of video games you’ve maybe touched once or twice and then just left to the wayside. Then, One weekend day you’re all bored. You want to play a video game, but WHICH ONE?? if Only I could look at a convenient list of games that I own and see how far along I was with that one game? Check it. The BackLoggery! It takes awhile to set up all your games, but fuck man… It’s great to know what games I haven’t even tried yet. I used my pregnancy as an excuse to work on my backlog. I’ve finished 3 in an 8 month period. On the last boss of FF9.

Back in my day, if a similar conversation occurred. We would set them on fire to see if we actually felt bad.
But it wasn’t all bad, I mean who lets cooked food go to waste.
Seeing this comic makes me want to make and then carry around a small laminated copy of that chart next time i tell someone to go die in a fire.

I’ve had a Backloggery for awhile, I’ve failed to keep it updated the past couple months because I’ve been swamped with new releases and learning Japanese for the far-too-far-away release of PSO2 (Fuck yeah I’m doing it!).
You should’ve linked your backloggery so we can see what kind of gamer you are… I always enjoy pouring over other people’s info… there’s a lot that can be said about a person from his collection and ratings thereof!

i’ve always found backloggery to be more trouble than it’s worth. too many games to sort through and put in information about… I could use that time to, well, play a video. keeping track of it all is too much for my disorganized brain.
